All in all, Max's leadership skills, emotional and physical strength, and mother-like care and love for the flock are all wonderful traits that make her character a fan favorite. Even though they can be a handful at most times, if it's Gazzy's mimicking of voices or Iggy's blindness, Max is always there for them whenever they need help or support. On the other hand, Max shows incredible love and care to everyone in the group. As if I weren't screaming with panic inside" (Patterson 30). Max is a favorite character for many in the novel “Maximum Ride: An Angel Experiment.” Not only is the story told from her perspective, but she also has an abundance of noticeable traits that readers adore.
